Our Smooth, Streamlined Process

1

Complete the Case Eligibility Assessment to see if your case qualifies for our straightforward Adjustment of Status service.

2

Initial phone or video call with Mark to confirm eligibility and initiate services.

3

Mark will send a legal agreement, an invoice, and invitations to an online questionnaire.

4

You complete the online questionnaire, sign the legal agreement, and pay the invoice.

5

Mark and the AOS Only team review the questionnaire and prepare forms for you.

6

You sign forms with a wet signature and return them along with filing fees and any outstanding supporting documents to AOS Only via mail.

7

Mark and the team prepare and review your application for submission to USCIS.

8

AOS Only submits the completed application to USCIS and sends a copy of the application and tracking information to you.

9

We receive receipt notices within approximately 10 business days.

10

We receive a biometrics appointment for you to attend at the nearest USCIS office.

11

You attend your biometrics appointment, where your fingerprints and photograph are taken. This usually takes about 10–15 minutes.

12

We await approval of the work permit (2–4 months on average), travel permit (8–10 months on average), and green card interview or simply approval (18–36 months depending on location).

13

If an interview is scheduled, AOS Only will prepare you extensively via video and then answer any questions via phone or video call.

*** AOS Only communicates all notices received to clients via email.
*** AOS Only will receive all work permits, travel permits, and green cards and forward them to the client. This ensures that they are far less likely to get lost in the mail or returned to USCIS.

HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?

If your case is straightforward, there is no better solution to guarantee approval. Not sure if your case is straightforward?

Take our Case Eligibility Assessment to quickly find out!

Form Prep Sites

You are solely responsible for providing the right information, following the timelines, and reading all the legalese. Most importantly, you are solely responsible for the outcome of your case and have no attorney representing you.

A few hundred bucks and they prepare the forms, but that’s it. There’s often no one you can talk to and who can guide you through this process.

On the form prep websites, they make it seem like this is supposed to be something that can be done on your own. However, the reason we’re in business is because many people realize that it’s too daunting or too much of a hassle, or they don’t know what they’re doing once they get started.

Hiring a Personal Attorney

This is the same representation you’re getting through AOS Only. But instead of paying $4,000–$10,000, you get even better service at a reduced rate of just $2,250 because this is all we do.
