About The AOS Process & Our Service

Adjustment of Status is the process you can use to apply for lawful permanent resident status. It is the same thing as applying for your Green Card!

You’re a good fit for AOS Only if:

You need a Green Card for your current/future spouse, your children, or your parents.
Your loved one is in the United States currently with a visa.
Your loved one has no serious criminal background.
You know you want this process done right the first time.

You want an experienced team to manage the entire process for you.

No worries! Just because you’re not a good fit for our service doesn’t mean you can’t become a resident or citizen. It simply means your case is more complex and will take longer.

If you complete our Case Eligibility Assessment and we determine you are not a good fit for our service, we will recommend other firms to you that can help you out with your case!

The processing timeline depends almost entirely on you! If you’re able to get us everything we need, we can get your case submitted in a few business days.

You can expect to receive a temporary work permit and social security number in approximately 3 months.

In approximately 8 months, you’ll receive a temporary travel permit.

Processing times for Green Cards vary widely depending on where you’re located, but you can expect to receive yours anywhere between 18 to 36 months.

No need to worry! Requests for Evidence happen all the time.

Many times they are clerical errors on the part of the USCIS employees.

Your case will not be denied or delayed.

A Request for Evidence is simply an opportunity for us to provide additional information to get your case approved.

If your case is straightforward, there is no better solution to guarantee approval.
Not sure if your case is straightforward? Take our Case Eligibility Assessment to quickly find out!

Form Prep Sites – You are solely responsible for providing the right information, following the timelines, and reading who can talk to and who can guide all the legalese. Most importantly, you are solely responsible for the outcome of your case and have no attorney representing you.

A few hundred and they prepare the forms, but that’s it. There’s often no one you can talk to and who can guide you through this process.

On the form prep websites, they make it seem like this is supposed to be something that can be done on your own. However, the reason we’re in business is because many people realize that it’s too daunting and too much of a hassle, or they don’t know what they’re doing once they get started.

Hiring a Personal Attorney – This is the service you’re getting through AOS Only. But instead of paying $4,000–$10,000, you get even better service at a reduced rate of just $2,250 because this is all we do.

With AOS Only, you also get the following:

  • Case tracking
  • Follow-up
  • Interview prep
  • Dedicated AOS success manager
  • Fill out the forms and return with supportive documents
  • Having an attorney get answers
